Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of placing your order. All shipments are fully trackable. We ship from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden (EU).

• Sweden:
  We ship using PostNord Varubrev Klass 1. Delivery within these countries typically takes 1–2 business days.

• Europe (excluding Sweden):
  We use PostNord International Tracked Letter. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.

• Outside Europe:
  Orders are shipped via PostNord International Tracked Letter with an expected delivery time of 4–6 business days.

Parcels are initially handled by PostNord, Scandinavia’s largest postal service, and then handed over to the local postal operator in the destination country. Our shipping boxes are very compact (approx. 4.5 × 10 × 14 cm) and are designed to fit in almost all standard mailboxes and apartment mail slots. If, in rare cases, a parcel does not fit, the carrier will follow their normal procedure in your country (for example leaving it in a secure place or directing you to the nearest pick-up point).
