Hassle-Free 30-Day Refunds – We Cover Everything

At WakeMe Alarm Clock, we know that almost all of our customers end up loving their WakeMe™. In fact, fewer than 1% of customers choose to return their device.
Because of that, we can afford to offer an unusually generous, hassle-free refund policy.

 

Your Satisfaction Comes First

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a full refund.

  • We accept returns regardless of condition – even if the product is used, worn or visibly scratched.

  • You do not need to return the original packaging or the manual.

  • You do not need to provide a reason for your return.

  • We refund the full amount you paid, including any original shipping fees.

  • We cover all return shipping costs.

  • Our 30-day refund policy applies to all products in our store – including discounted items, sale items and products purchased with discount codes or during promotions.

Your order number is all we need as proof of purchase.


How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at support@wakemealarmclock.com from the same email address you used for your order and include your order number.
We will then provide you with simple step-by-step instructions.


For Customers in Sweden

For returns within Sweden, we will send you a QR code by email.
Simply show this code at any PostNord service point and they will print your prepaid return label on the spot.
Drop off your parcel and you’re done.


For Customers Outside Sweden

Outside Sweden, we have not yet set up a fully automated return process in all countries. For now, please follow these steps:

  1. Return the item via your local postal service to the following address:

  2. Email us a photo of your postage receipt.

  3. We will reimburse your return shipping cost in full (typically €8–€12 thanks to WakeMe’s ultra-compact and lightweight design) via your preferred method – for example PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.


Our Promise to You

We cover all return shipping costs and we refund both the product and any original shipping charges. Our goal is to make the refund process as smooth and worry-free as possible.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 1 business day.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund is visible in your account.

 

European Union – 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in the same condition as received. You may return the item without providing any reason—just include your purchase order number when initiating the return.

 

Complaints about faulty products

In addition to our voluntary 30-day refund policy, you always have the rights provided by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).

If you believe that your WakeMe™ device is faulty or does not perform as agreed, please contact us as soon as possible after you discovered the problem.

To submit a complaint, email us at support@wakemealarmclock.com from the same email address used for your order and include:
- your order number
- a clear description of the problem
- photos or a short video if possible

We are responsible for original defects in the product for three (3) years from the date of delivery, in accordance with Konsumentköplagen. Complaints made within two (2) months from the time you discovered the defect are always considered to be made within a reasonable time.

If the product is faulty, we will remedy the defect free of charge within a reasonable time – for example through repair, replacement, price reduction or a refund – in line with the rules in Konsumentköplagen. You also have the right to withhold payment to the extent allowed by law.

These statutory rights apply to all customers and all products, including discounted items, and are separate from our voluntary 30-day refund policy.
